오늘은 3번째 곡인 '흩어지는 기억'의 영문버전인 Fading Memories'를 링크 하게 되었다~

살짝 독특한 느낌의 장르라고 해도 될드 싶은데, 개인적으로는 전혀 모르는 장르이고 다른 유저의 프롬프트를 활용했다. 노이즈를 사운드라고 하는데... 약간 Dark한 느낌도 든다.

실험적인 노이즈 사운드 (Static & Harsh):

• 프롬프트에 담긴 'Static', 'White noise' 설정처럼, 곡 전반에 깔린 미세한 잡음과 거친 사운드가 기억이 마모되고 흐려지는 과정을 청각적으로 나타내는 효과가 있는 것 같았다. 생각지 못한 효과라고 해야할까?

공간감을 극대화한 리버브 (Excessive Reverb):

• 깊고 넓은 'Wash reverb'를 활용하여 마치 거대한 동굴이나 안개 속에서 노래를 듣는 듯한 몽환적이고 신비로운 분위기를 연출했는데 이래서 다크한 느낌이 들었던 것일까?

레트로와 현대의 조화:

• 아날로그적인 노이즈와 현대적인 보컬 운용이 만나 'Fading Memories'만의 독특한 느낌의 음악이 된 것 같다.

하지만 최근 뮤지션의 스타일을 접목하면서 이렇게 시험적인 사운드는 잘 하지 않게 된다. 어느 정도 익숙해져야 하는데 노이즈만으로는 가끔 하우링 처럼 느껴져서 선호하지 않게 된다고 해야할까?
